  Under absolutely no circumstance will I ever think to visit this establishment after what they did to my sister. They show no compassion in cancelling due to emergency situations. My 1 year old niece was rushed to the hospital due to seizures 2 days prior to their stay and was not discharged until what would have been the middle of their stay. My sister provided hospital documentation as proof and my father (who resides in Deerfield) attempted 3 times to speak with someone in their office in person and the office was empty. I myself also called their office 3 times and left messages before speaking with someone (mind you none of my calls were returned). After finally speaking with someone they told me they were issuing my sister a refund that day and then later completely retracted their statement and refused to refund my sister due to their cancellation policy being stipulated in their contract. They should be ashamed of themselves. Do not visit this establishment!
